Our Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology department's services are intertwined with almost every hospital service - from orthopedics to cardiology to cancer - and the level of care our patients receive during radiology tests and procedures is a reflection of what they can expect of their entire experience at Al Khalidi Medical Center.
KMC Radiology department is a fully-integrated and digitized, state-of-the-art, comprehensive unit working around the clock, manned by highly experienced and specialized teams of doctors and technicians. The department is linked to the whole center with PACS system through intranet and internet connections.

- Fully Digital X Ray Department.
- Multislice CT Scan (256 iCT Brilliance).
- Advanced 1.5T MRI.

- Diagnostic angiograms.
- All kinds of embolization including Chemo-embolization, D.C. Beads, AVM and hemorrhage.
- Peripheral angioplasties and stenting (Renal, Carotid, Abdominal and thoracic endo-vascular stentgrafting).
- Management of intracranial aneurysms and AVM by coiling or embolization.
- CT and Ultrasound guided biopsies and drainages.
- Billiary tree stenting.
- Radio-Urological procedures (Nephrostomies and Double-J catheter insertion).
- Tumor Ablation with Radiofrequency.
