Travel Assistance

We will assist you with your travel arrangements to Amman, Jordan, including making arrangements with a travel agent, hotel reservations and transportation from and to the airport.

Visa Assistance

We will provide the necessary letters to Jordanian Embassy in your country to assist you in obtaining a visa for medical treatment in Jordan, although no special visa other than a tourism visa is required for patients coming from most countries. Just state that your visit to Jordan is for medical treatment .

We have a special arrangement with a travel agent who would  be able to plan your entire travel itinerary for you, including airfare,ground transportation and  hotel accommodations, if you wish .

Hotels

We recommend you  stay in a hotel in close proximity to Al Khalidi Medical Center. Our adjacent Ben Khaldoun Hotel Suites, connected to the center through a tunnel, just 20 meters away from KMC, is ideal for patients and their family members. The furnished suites are equipped with direct dial capability to the patient's room. This has proved to be of great convenience to patient's companions or family members especially with our 24 hour room service, a three meal restaurant, a cafeteria and summer patio as well as full air-conditioning and separate sitting room.

Air Transportation

Queen Alia International Airport is 20 miles (32 kilometers) south east of Amman city center and is Jordan's gateway to the world. There are excellent customer service facilities at the airport.

Ground Transportation

Our commitment to patient's safety and comfort extend beyond medical services and is reflected in the special attention we pay to our patients from arrival to departure. Patients landing at Amman's airport are met airplane-side with our representative, or in case of emergency by our fully equipped ambulance. Car service to and from the airport, as well as daily services while staying in Amman, Jordan, can be arranged for you through the hospital. Upon your departure, we can assist in arranging transportation back to the airport. For those looking to hire a car on arrival in Amman, there are many car rental companies with representatives at the airport terminals.
