CQI in brief

Continuous Quality Improvement department at Khalidi Medical Center focuses on spending every effort at all levels, to provide all customers with a foremost health care services and doing things right from the first time, in addition to applying ongoing improvements.

What we do in CQI department ?

We in CQI department at KMC do :

  • Coordinate the performance improvements activities, strategies and projects in the hospital .
  • Establish and implement Quality Management functions, including :
                 § Incident reporting
                 § Quality improvement indicators
                 § Patient satisfaction surveys
                 § Patient complaints
                 § Quality management education and training on various topics through different strategies to all hospital staff.
  • Coordinate policies and procedures with various departments.
  • Follow up rounds and monitoring on various areas and departments.

Our mission

Tp provide continuous quality improvement through coordinating the quality issues overall the center, controlling and monitoring departments performance, improving the quality of services , and sustanining the best results achieved , in order to improve the patient safety and customer satisfaction.
